How Are Grades Added to a Scorecard?

To add grades to a scorecard:

  1. Log on to the LiveVox Portal.
  2. On the WFO tab, click SpeechIQ > Configuration > Scorecard.
    The Scorecards window appears.



  3. Double-click the scorecard for which you want to add grades.
    The scorecard appears on the Settings tab.
  4. On the Grades tab, click New.
    The Grade Form window appears.



  5. Specify values in the following fields.

    Field
    Description
    Name

    Specify a name for the grade.

    Min Score %    

    Specify the minimum grade.

    Max Score %    

    Specify the maximum grade.

    Require Comment    

    Select this checkbox if you want to enter a comment for the grades.


  6. Click Add.
    The grades appear on the Grades tab.
  7. Click Save.

    Info

    You can view a summary of all the changes made to the scorecard on the History tab. The timestamp in the Changed On column of the tab is represented in Eastern Time.
