LiveVox/SmartReach is pleased to provide you with reference materials for all of our most recent platform releases. Each of our U-Series, LV Series, Fall 23, and Fall 24 release rollouts include a set of Release Notes to highlight new features, along with detailed Administrative User Guides and Agent Guides (which make up the content of our Product Documentation Library or "PDL" seen at the top-right corner of the Help Center).
The U17, LV19, Fall 23, and Fall 24 platform versions are organized by version number. Included below are direct links to each set of Release Notes, Administrative User Guides, and Agent Guides for all our current versions (including our early adoption release notes for our beta versions).
LiveVox = SmartReach
Starting with the Fall 24 version, the LiveVox platform has been rebranded as SmartReach! However, we want to assure you that the platform is the same, only the name has changed.
