Deleting a User
When you no longer require a user role, you can delete that user from the SmartReach Portal. Only Sysadmin and Superuser roles can delete other user roles.
To delete a user:
- Login to SmartReach.
- Go to Config > System > User.
- Select the user you want to delete, and then click the delete icon corresponding to that user.
The Confirm dialog box appears. - Click Yes.
