If a reviewer cannot manually score a scorecard, check the following:

In the LiveVox Portal, on the WFO tab, click Speech IQ > Configuration >User Maintenance.
- Double-click the user's name in the list table.
- In the User window, select the checkbox Assessor or Arbitrator as required.

Scorecards are not loading for the user. |
- In the LiveVox Portal, on WFO tab, click Speech IQ > Configuration >User Maintenance.
- Double-click the user's name in the list table.
- In the User window, assign skills and scorecards to the user.
