Troubleshooting scoring problems in SpeechIQ

If a reviewer cannot manually score a scorecard, check the following:

Problem Solution
In the Interaction Review window, the New button is inactive for the user.
  1. In the LiveVox Portal, on the WFO tab, click Speech IQ > Configuration >User Maintenance. 
  2. Double-click the user's name in the list table.
  3. In the User window, select the checkbox Assessor or Arbitrator as required.
Scorecards are not loading for the user.
  1. In the LiveVox Portal, on WFO tab, click Speech IQ > Configuration >User Maintenance. 
  2. Double-click the user's name in the list table.
  3. In the User window, assign skills and scorecards to the user.
