Auto-Scoring Not Processing in SpeechIQ

Find a solution for auto-scoring not functioning properly in SpeechIQ

If autoscoring is not processed in Speech IQ, check the following:

Problem	Solution
Time after the recording is uploaded.	To process auto-scoring and transcription, QM requires a minimum of 2-hours' time after the interaction is uploaded. The time required to process is dependent on: Duration of the call. (The longer the call, the longer it may take to transcribe.) The number of interactions uploaded.
Scorecard	Assign the scorecard to your service, and: Log in to the LiveVox Portal. On the WFO tab, click Speech IQ > Configuration > Scorecards. On the Scorecards subtab, select the required Scorecard. Click Settings. In the Type field, select Auto.
Questions	Add questions to the selected scorecards. .
Grades	Add grades to the selected scorecards.
Keyword Lists	Verify that all required keywords are attached to the selected questions.
